Galiano-by-the-Sea features floor-to-ceiling picture windows throughout with ocean views facing north to Vancouver (University of BC area) and Coast Mountains beyond and east to Whaler's Bay and Gossip Island.

For outdoor dining pleasures on the expansive deck, barbecue on the brick patio and enjoy breakfast, lunch or dinner at the glass-topped table with its adjustable awning. Relax in the sun on the lounge chairs and for a nighttime treat, gaze up at the stars glinting over the moonlit ocean.

This cozy home is a perfect getaway retreat for adults and is warmly carpeted throughout. Cable TV, VCR, stereo receiver with floor speakers, telephone and answering machine, Internet dial-up capability and two separate writing desks.

The bright open kitchen is fully equipped, including a microwave, blender, and coffee makers.

Two bedrooms - ideal for four. Can sleep five with pull-out sofa bed in living room. All rooms have hidden sliding doors for optional quiet privacy. Linens and towels provided with weekly maid service and an on-island caretaker.

One and a half bathrooms, including shower and bathtub. Privately surrounded by trees, all rooms have forest or ocean views.


Weekly	$1,100.00 Canadian (up to 4 people - 1 week minimum stay)
Extra persons	$ 25.00 per person/per night (with owner's approval)
Deposit	50% at time of booking plus damage deposit - balance 21 days prior to arrival.
Payment	cash, certified check, or credit card via paypal (No bank on Galiano Island, ATM machines only).
Check-in	4:00 p.m. - 9:00 p.m. (exceptions can sometimes be made)
Check-out	10:00 a.m.
Cancellation	60 days notice - full refund ( less $150 administration fee ) less than 30 days notice - No refund beyond damage deposit. Should we secure another booking for some or all of the rental period, you will be refunded the amount of money recovered less $150 administration fee. Any cancellation more than 60 days prior to arrival date will incur a $100 administration fee.
